Question 1

Who is actually advising me?

Accepted Answer

Eleven specialist consultants, each with a single mandate — discovery, cash flow, debt, investments, retirement, tax, risk, estate, business finance, private wealth — plus a lead consultant who reconciles their recommendations into one prioritised plan. You can read every consultant's profile, credentials and fee before you book.

Question 2

Where do the numbers come from?

Accepted Answer

A live reference desk in the practice database: federal tax brackets and standard deductions, retirement and health-account contribution limits, Social Security wage bases, Treasury yields across the curve, and headline index closes. Each figure carries its source and as-of date, and the desk refreshes itself rather than relying on a manual update.

Question 3

Is this a substitute for a licensed adviser, CPA or attorney?

Accepted Answer

No. Taya Pro Consulting produces analysis, quantified trade-offs and a written action calendar. Filing a return, drafting a trust, executing trades or issuing an insurance policy still requires the relevant licensed professional — and every plan says explicitly where that handoff belongs.

Question 4

What do you need from me to start?

Accepted Answer

Income, fixed and variable expenses, account balances, debts with their rates, and your goals with rough dates. Onboarding takes about ten minutes. Uploading a recent tax return, pay stub and statements makes the analysis materially sharper because specialists then cite your documents instead of estimating.

Question 5

How are my documents handled?

Accepted Answer

Portal uploads live in a private store scoped to your account — no other client's session can reach them, and they are only read to produce your analysis. You can delete any document from the portal at any time.

Question 6

What does an engagement cost?

Accepted Answer

Specialists are billed hourly at their own published rate, or as a fixed-fee package for a defined scope. Full-plan and ongoing-oversight engagements bundle the whole bench. Every rate is listed on the pricing page and on each consultant's profile.

Question 7

Can I share the plan with my partner or accountant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Publishing a client file creates a read-only link showing the metrics, plans, scorecards and follow-up timeline — no sign-in required for whoever you send it to.

Question 8

How often should we meet?

Accepted Answer

Most households run a full-plan engagement, then quarterly reviews to re-check cash flow, contribution levels and goal progress. Anything that shifts the fact base — a new job, a birth, a windfall, a home purchase — warrants a session sooner.
